Managing Partners

Leonard Lay | Managing Partner

Leonard Lay is a mechanical and software engineer with a passion for helping others. After receiving Masters Degrees from Georgia Tech and Kennesaw State University, he spent seven years as an educator before transitioning to a career in software engineering, which he has been doing for two decades. Throughout his career, Leonard has remained committed to learning and growing, and he recently became an expert in the syndication method of investing in multifamily real estate.

Leonard's commitment to helping others extends beyond his professional life. He is an active member of his church and works extensively with the youth group. He has also gone on several mission trips around the world, where he has helped people in need and made a real difference in their lives.

In 2023, Leonard cofounded Peachtree Platinum Syndicate with his eldest son. The company provides education and investment opportunities for people who want to grow their wealth safely and reliably. Leonard and his team are passionate about helping people achieve financial independence and are dedicated to providing excellent service to their clients.

Joseph Lay | Managing Partner

Joseph Lay has a business degree from FAMU and was a trombone player in the world famous Marching 100. After graduation, Joseph has followed many paths, but his passion is sales and creating music. His love of sales drew him to the multifamily space and the syndication method of investment. He has been trained and excelled at learning about this lucrative realm of the real estate ecosystem.

In 2023, Joseph cofounded Peachtree Platinum Syndicate with his father as a way to build a legacy of providing education and investment opportunities for those who would like to grow their wealth safely and reliably. Joseph and his team are dedicated to providing excellent financial service to their clients and helping them to reach their financial goals.

Tyler has been investing in real estate for over 14 years. Today, Tyler controls over 2,500 apartment units throughout five states, nearing $300MM. He sponsors and is a managing operator in new opportunities brought to market.

Todd Millar

Todd is a Co-Founder and COO of Multifamily Mindset. This company provides essential education and support for entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to acquire their properties. Todd is a partner in over 2,000 apartment units with over $200 million in assets under management.
